香港

　　香港是中国的特别行政区。面积1,096平方千米，人口678万(2000年11月1日第五次人口普查结果)。 

　　香港为高度开放的自由港，经济发达，是世界重要的航运、金融和贸易中心之一。这里商品丰富，琳琅满目，有“世界商品橱窗”和“购物天堂”之称。  

　　海洋公园 

　　海洋公园是一座亚洲最大的、具有现代设施和多种娱乐项目的海洋博物馆，由“黄竹坑公园”和“南朗山公园”组成。  

　　天坛大佛 

　　天坛大佛是世界上最大的露天青铜释迦牟尼佛像。大佛高26.4米，重250吨，由200多块青铜板组成。天坛大佛现在已成为香港著名的景观。 

　　Hong Kong is a special administrative region of China. It has an area of 1,096 km2 with a population of 6.78 million (according to the fifth census on November 1, 2000). 

　　Hong Kong is a free port with a highly developed economy, and is one of the important centers of shipping, finance and trade in the world. The variety of commodities available is endless, earning it the name of "a show window of the world's commodities" and "shoppers'paradise".

　　Ocean Park

　　Ocean Park is the biggest ocean museum in Asia, with modern facilities and various entertainment programs. It is made up of the Huangzhukeng Park and the Nanlang Mountain Park.  

　　The Great Buddha of the Temple of Heaven 

　　The Great Buddha of the Temple of Heaven is the biggest open-air bronze statue of Sakyamuni in the world. With a height of 26.4 m, a weight of 250 tn, it is made up of over 200 blocks of bronze. Now, it has become a famous scenic spot in Hong Kong.
