庐山位于江西省北部，以“雄、奇、险、秀”闻名于世，风景优美，气势雄伟，夏季凉爽宜人，是闻名中外的旅游和避暑胜地，现已被联合国列入世界文化遗产名录。

　　Mount Lushan, situated in the north of Jiangxi Province, is famous for "grandeur, peculiarity, danger and elegance".It has beautiful scenery and a cool summer, making it a world famous summer resort and a world cultural heritage site listed by UNESCO.

 

庐山  Mount Lushan

　　庐山共有99座山峰，每座山峰都巍峨挺拔，雄伟壮观。主峰大汉阳峰海拔1,474米。

　　庐山景点非常多，著名的有三叠泉、龙首崖、三宝树、五老峰、仙人洞、含鄱口等。 

　　三叠泉 三叠泉是“庐山第一奇观”，高100多米，依着山体分为上、中、下三级，所以又叫“三级泉”。它从高高的山上凌空下泻，就像水帘悬挂在空中，因此又称它为“水帘泉”。

　　含鄱口 含鄱口位于含鄱岭上，面对鄱阳湖，是看日出的好地方。

　　三宝树 三宝树是三棵高耸如云的古树，相传是晋朝人种植的。一棵是银杏树，另外两棵是柳杉树。每棵宝树都高达40多米，枝叶繁茂。 

　　There are altogether 99 peaks and each is towering and splendid. The main peak, the Great Hanyang Peak, stands 1,474 m above the sea level.

　　There are many attractions on Mount Lushan, such as the famous Three-Fold Spring, Cliff of the Dragon's Head, Three-Treasure Trees, Five-Elder Peak, Immortal Cave, Hanpo Entrance, etc.

　　The Three-Fold Spring is "the first wonder of Mount Lushan? Over 100 m tall, it is divided into three levels along the mountain—upper, middle and lower levels, so it is also called "Three-Level Spring"'It pours down from the high mountain like a water curtain hanging in the air, so it has another name "Spring of Water Curtain?

　　The Hanpo Entrance, located on Hanpo Peak facing Poyang Lake, is a good place to view the sunrise. 

　　The Three-Treasure Trees

　　The Three-Treasure Trees are three ancient trees towering into the sky, and said to have been planted by people in the Jin Dynasty (265 - 420 AD). One is ginkgo and the other two are cryptomeria. Each of them reaches 40 m or so and is a mass of branches and leaves.

　　相传在周朝时，有匡氏七兄弟结伴到庐山修行，因此庐山也称匡庐。

　　It is said that in the Zhou Dynasty (1100—256BC) there were seven brothers of the Kuang Family who came to cultivate their way, so Mount Lushan is also called the Kuang Mountain. 

庐山别墅 The villas on the Mount Lushan

　　庐山是著名的避暑胜地。在烈日炎炎的七月，平均气温只有22℃，早晚更加凉爽。山中别墅很多，具有英、美、法、俄、德等多个国家建筑风格的就有940幢，它们大多用石头或木头建成。

　　Mount Lushan is a famous summer resort. In sweltering July, its average temperature is only 22℃ and even cooler in the morning and at night. There are many villas on the mountains, among which 940 are of the architectural styles of Britain, America, France, Russia and Germany, as the area was popular with foreign residents of China in the first part of the 20th century. They are mostly built of stone or wood.
